I saw it in London and was distinctly underwhelmed. It felt like an early draft that needed more work -- individual lines and scenes were good, but the whole thing didn't make a play yet. I would not be surprised if it didn't come to B'way, or if someone decided to do it with a big name in a limited run -- because I reckon the play itself will not sell a ton of tickets.
