I bought my tickets for On the Town through TodayTix, and I was very happy with my seats. I opted for orchestra level and ended up with an excellent pair, about halfway back, two seats off the center aisle. I've used TodayTix about a dozen times. I love how hassle-free the experience is: no waiting in line at TKTS or the box office; basically just walking to the theatre and being handed your tickets. I've only had one negative experience--the tickets I ordered ended up being partial view, although it was never communicated that this was a possibility. However, their customer service following this was excellent, as they offered me a voucher to use for a future show. Like many young companies, they're very eager and customer-friendly.
