I have tried to use their app for quite a few of their lotteries, many times over. While it's a nice idea, I have never won. They usually only have a couple of lottery seats available (for Hamilton, it was only 2 per performance). They also charge $10 per ticket for the service and it's luck of the draw as to where your seats are. For me, I'd rather skip the $10/ticket fee, find a decent discount code, and go directly to the box office and know where I'm sitting (since that is exactly what they do).
