I've had a bunch of friends win their lotteries--On The Town and Fun Home (never Hamilton). I've heard from the box offices at both, that there are 20-30 tickets per performance. As per the fees/location, I've gotten great seats in the few times I've used them. The agent told me that they get the best available tickets at the time of your purchase directly from the box office, so obviously if its a hot show and there aren't any good seats left at the box office, TodayTix isnt going to miraculously have great seats. It's just best avail when you buy them.
