You've read my mind, and it's very sad. Time Out now has only half a page for Off-Of Broadway. Even their Broadway listings are very selective, and they have little of the information they used to be so good for (length of play best MTA options, etc.). It would be one thing is they had those listings online, but even there it's not at all comprehensive, intuitive, or easy to use. Very, very unfortunate situation.
