There have been several ties in Tony history. Twice there have been ties for best actress in a musical — 1962 and 1968. Also ties for best featured or supporting actor in a musical in 1959, and for best score in 1993. Perhaps a few others not immediately coming to mind. You can look up those years at the link for more detail.
