Anyone know of any way to find discounts to Chicago Theatre on line or any other way?

Steppenwolf sells day of seats for $20.

They only sell 20 of them and they only do it on the phone. I always call at the exact time the box office opens. I've had some fantastic seats through that program.

They also sell half-price rush seats one hour before the show.

I bought a seat for The Herd quite a while ago using my iPhone and I got a substantial discount on a third row seat near the stage. The discount was only available from my phone for some reason.

That's interesting....I was kind of surprised that they sell the $20 tickets ONLY by phone. It's usually the kind of thing that you can by only in PERSON.

Discounted booth with two downtown locations, one on Randolph Street and one in the old Water Works. Can usually find some great stuff there, with more options for local productions than the big tours.

Gold star and Theatermania also have some

BroadwayInChicago has a special offers tab on their website offering discount for students, seniors and military for some shows. Also rush tix.

Well as someone else has reported, Hottix and Goldstar have good discount offer for many Chicago theaters. I saw A Funny Thing Happened that way last Friday at the Porchlight Theater.

People can say there is a new discount on Broadwaybox or thestermania. Just not the code to use at the boxoffice

I assume goldstar does Chicago theaters.
