the one I had auto-saved in my work PC. I was able to guess what I changed it to & it worked, so......

I had to do it on Telecharge, too. Maybe a security thing? It's not a bad idea to change passwords every few years as sites get easier to hack.

No - I think it's what lowwriter says - though I'd also suggest that we are all at risk with people hacking into any system and "stealing" our passwords and info.

And yes, they've sent out two emails already. Perhaps you're one of the ones who had already created a new password and thus don't need to.
