Flaguy, thanks so much for this wonderful, loving, detailed account. I've seen Bette several times since the early 80s and she's always been extraordinary; my favorite may've been Experience the Divine, at Radio City MH when she returned to concerts.

I don't have tkts for this one, dammit, but am thrilled to hear that her 70th birthday year will be celebrated in style!

And I love the new album.
