I read the post and immediately viewed the point of the post as being that she hadn't just appeared in the revival, but that time had flown so quickly since she had appeared in the 1983 production when she was in her early 60s. It did not seem to me that we were meant to take the post at all literally. Of course, if someone posted that Wilson had been in the recent revival and meant for us to take that as a statement of fact, that person would have misspoke. I thought that was not at all the poster's intention.
