It starts out ok and almost like flagherty and ahrens early work, but just gets too repetitive to stay interesting. As for banks, she's just not petite and quirky for the part. I do agree that Tony Sheldon stands out in his part.

The production is physically very good.. Definitely lots of bells and whistles that wouldn't be in a local production (like the neon light of the nake women seen for about 5minutes). And thankfully not over amplified. So every word is understood and not muddled in blaring speakers. But breaking the fourth wall throughout and having very little dialog turned me off.

I just didn't care if she lets him catch her or notl.

On the ride home, I was thinking how this show is going to Broadway and the far more interesting and complex Triangle at theaterworks will probably never be seen again. Too bad, that was a much better musical in song and plot.
