I also just learned that the wonderful actress Catherine Coulson has passed away. She was a mainstay at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 22 years. She appeared in over 50 production during that time. Some of her most recent memorable roles in recent years were Big Mama in the 2010 production of "Cat On a Hot Tin Roof, Mattie Fee Aiken in 2011 "August: Osage County" Milky White in the 2014 production of "Into the Woods" She was also the Log Lady in David Lynch "Twin Peaks" which was a big hit on television year ago. Eddy and I would run into her each season and we always had a kind word to say to us. It was one of Eddy's most favorite actresses up in Ashland
