Sadly, yes. Literally told to shut up and go back to my seat. I received a cursory apology email yesterday. "We value your business" etc. etc. Bertha's big number consisted of her sitting next to Pippin and singing to him. No acrobatics. And the projected lyrics were not in sync -- I suspect because there should have been pauses for her acrobatic feats. The lyrics were 60 to 180 seconds ahead of what was actually happening. We'll chalk it up to the comically bad US Bank Broadway series.
