The 7th Annual Broadway Can! A Concert for City Harvest will be presented at Don't Tell Mama, one night only, Monday, November 16th at 7pm.
The evening will be comprised of songs by composer/ lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh. Bisen-Hersh will be joined on stage by a phenomenal cast including Lauryn Ciardullo (Aladdin), Antoinette Comer (Mamma Mia), Julie D'Moure, Teresa Hui (Love Quirks), Stephanie Klemons (If/ Then), Miriam Kushel (More to Love), Amy Lang (Cuff Me), Michael McGurk (The Wedding Singer), Vasthy Mompoint (Rocky), Rori Nogee (Showgirls! the Musical), Kristine Reese (Wicked), Clinton Roane (The Scottsboro Boys), Sharone Sayegh (Mamma Mia), Lawrence E. Street (Urinetown), Haley Swindal (Jekyll & Hyde), Lauren Testerman (Love Quirks), Edward Tolve (Sayonara) and Reji Woods (The Wiz).
The concert will be produced by Noah W. Sprock and stage managed by Shelby Hoehne.
The audience can expect to hear 20 songs from Bisen-Hersh's catalog featuring material from Love Quirks, More to Love, Malka and a handful of world premieres. Songs will include "I'm Not Interested in You", "Dear Facebook", "It's Too Damn Cold" and "Can You Believe I Was Ever Sad We Broke Up?".
All the proceeds and collected canned goods will be donated to City Harvest, which has "served New York City for more than 30 years" as a "food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the city's hungry men, women, and children."
