I was there last night. I believe they're doing the '60's version, i.e., Robert Russell Orchestrations, no "Who Do You Love, I Hope" (but also no "I'm An Indian Too").

Yes an enjoyable evening.

Hilty proved herself to be a very able comic but the music was a challenge she couldn't really meet. Much straining for the high notes, and her bleating vibrato became very tiresome.

No way will it transfer.

Given Hilty's very wide-ranging resume of belt roles (everything she did on Smash) to soprano (Glinda in Wicked), it's literally impossible for me to imagine that she would have difficulty with Annie Oakley. Is it possible she was under the weather?

Possible. Also possible that I can't see past her mannerisms and misinterpret them.
