Your post starts in media res, so it's a bit hard to answer.

I'd suggest that first-time directors and producers should NOT start with Beauty and the Beast. Start with community theatre. Start small. Get used to the mechanics of theatre by offering a one night series of songs in an inexpensive local venue with amateur performers, that sort of thing. If the hard work appeals to you, get more ambitious over time.

But it seems clear from the part of your post that got posted that BATB is probably beyond your skill set at this point.
