Lincoln Center King and I Discounts

Posted by: CookFan 03:10 pm EDT 10/31/15

I'll be visiting NYC the second week of March. Have tickets to She Loves Me and Hamilton! I'm interested in saving some money, now, and I"m wondering if the King and I has been on the Lincoln Center Discount board, or if people think it might be waiting until March for a discount to this show? What is your wisdom please?

Suggestions for other shows?

"The King and I" was on the half-price board at the Rubinstein Atrium yesterday.

Is there Lincoln Center discount board? If so link please!

K&I has been on TKTS these days. HOWEVER, Ken Watanabe will be back as King next year (I don't know when but he said himself during an interview). So once he does, all the discount may be disappeared too.

So if you see any discount code for K&I for next March, you should get a ticket using the code, rather than waiting until the last minute.

The discount ticket booth, the Zucker Box Office, is in the David Rubenstein Atrium - information at the link below. Both performances of THE KING AND I were available today (a 40% discount?) as was at least the matinee of DADA WOOF PAPA HOT. Since it's closed on Sunday (and Monday) tickets may be available for Sunday performances on Saturday (but the only Sunday availability when I was there mid-afternoon was a performance at Alice Tully). I don't know if LCT shows are ever available there and not at TKTS.

There are free performances in the Atrium, food is sold, and there are tables and chairs to sit at.
