Kerick, you are not alone. I think "Hamilton" is important for the growth and survival of the musical theatre, but in my opinion it is far from a great show. I enjoyed it's energy and innovation, but my personal test for a great show is, would I want to see it again? No. However, you and I seem to be in the minority. It does make me feel encouraged that Broadway can produce such excitement, and that the Public Theatre has another money maker.
