As far as I know, Daniel Evans originally played it with Anna Jane Casey at the Menier. She was replaced by Jenna Russell when it moved to Wyndham's, and Russell definitely is the person who played it in New York with him. Did you perhaps mean the other Anna, not Francolini? Or did Francolini play it with him in London at some point? Thanks for the report!

Thanks for the correction. I listed what was in the program. Maybe they had a prior connection because they were very connected emotionally. I was in the Grand Tier last row and it might have been Jenna Russell as a last minute replacement. The woman that sung Move On also sang Send In The Clowns and different woman was listed in the program which I assume was printed a while ago since it was quite elaborate and costing 10 pounds.
