There's also "A Doll's Life" the musical based on Ibsen's "A Doll's House", but I was disappointed when I saw it. It did have a fairly large staging, so I don't think it's quite small or medium-sized, nor is it particularly very good. It does feature a Norwegian leading role.

There's no reason that the Reverend Mother in NUNSENSE couldn't have a European accent. As long as she can sort of carry a tune.
