Baron Lloyd-Webber hasn't had a hit in New York since Phantom (1988). Even Broadway revivals of his old hits don't make money any more.

Perhaps, as Noel Coward suggested (in another context), for New York productions at least, His Lordship should have his name at the end of the credits, in a box, and preceded by the word "but."
