Thanks for your assessment. Then this might be one of those shows where it might be fruitful to tinker with the book, unlike shows with already quite workable books like "Pal Joey" that didn't really need to have work done on them. The conflict between the two principals in "Roar of the Greasepaint" is so palpable that some topical treatment and other work could perhaps make this gel on stage again.
