Oh, I am so glad you've raised this topic! I have wondered whether Encores would ever do Roar of the Greasepaint. I don't recall the book, actually, but the score is so beautiful and I think would be relevant to today's times. If nothing else, someone should do a concert version. Full disclosure, it was my one "professional" theater job ever - I was in a chorus made up entirely of children when it was done in a dinner theater in South Florida decades ago. The beauty of listening to that music from the wings will always stick with me.
