I think that's correct, but it should be noted the orchestration licensed by Tams is not what was heard during the original Broadway run. As so often is the case, it is (probably) the tour orchestration. There are definite differences between what is heard on the recording of the 1995 production (which was recorded during the pre-Broadway tour) and what is heard on the OBCR. Obviously, much of it is the same, but differences can be heard.
Of course, there were probably around 36 musicians at the recording session of the OBCR (with all or almost all of the additional 10-12 players on strings) so the orchestration as we hear it on that recording never sounded quite like that in the theater.
