I for one loved it. I thought it whooshed by (I'm always checking my watch, at such diverse films as The Salesman or Kong: Skull Island, but not this time), and I cried twice. If the film's structure meant that "If I Can't Love Her" didn't make sense, I'm okay with "Evermore" taking its (later) place. And while some things worked better in the original film ("Be Our Guest", the ballroom dance), others, for me, worked better here (the transformations, Gaston & Le Fou, etc).
