I bought my wonderful seats for yesterday's matinee on February 17th. Row E on the aisle in the balcony. Center, superb view, more like front mezz in most B'way houses. No hyperbole. I paid $79. I agree that everything is overpriced. But when this show went on sale, the seats were, if anything, belong B'way's surging excesses. I don't think it's fair to expect a show with a major film star that's booked only 10 weeks, that receives raves, to offer budget seats the final week. If that wasn't your point, the protest about only premium tix left at the end of the run still seems an odd grievance for a selling out, limited run hit.
