Since a number of R&H revivals were at LCT, you can't accurately assess their financials as if they were commercial productions. They have all sorts of complications, ranging from having a decent amount of seats going to subscribers, commitments for the theatre to be used for other productions, being located outside the theatre district, production subsidies from LCT sponsors, different production and theatre contracts as a non-profit, etc. I think a top drawer, well produced A-level R&H shows produced commercially on Broadway could run 2 years, maybe more.
