re " legit" you are 100% indemnified by Stubhub. (Those high fees have to pay for something :-) )
I have never bought theatre tickets, and have only sold a pair there once, but I use it a lot for Yankees tickets. You can watch prices in the last few hours (though for Yankee tickets their agreement is that there is a floor).
