I found the passages of the play that felt like undigested interviews to be forgivable when weighed against the larger design and final outcome of the play, you didn't. That's fine. I was not suggesting that your experience as an audience member was somehow lacking because of it.

You did not respond to the main point of my post:

The play brings out the critic in many people. Yet oddly, those criticisms don't seem to address the play's political questions... as in what are they? And what to make of the play's final image?
