When did Crawford work with Fontaine? You mean The Women? Not much to go on there. Fontaine's scenes were mostly in the Reno sequence and Crawford wasn't in that. Seemed to me he wanted the De Havilland character in FEUD (and the Joan Blondell) so he could have characters giving that awkward exposition.
