Lavin was mentioned for this a few years ago.
Anyway, the need is for people who can be part of an ensemble, but who can also stand out and take stage in a big way when necessary. People who are versatile, who won't need coddling or special attention in rehearsal, and who can run around all night changing costumes. People who will not demand to always be the center of attention in rehearsal and onstage.
It seems to me this is a good cast for what this show is supposed to be. I have questions about how suitable one of them may turn out to be for what I expect this person is going to be asked to do, but it's tough to find the people who can do this kind of show at a high level. |
