I don't have a DVR of the episodes, but don't these types of movies/shows usually have a disclaimer that "all people, places, and stories are fictional characters and do not represent actual people...and composite characters have been created...blah, blah, blah"
So while promotional material may scream "TRUE STORY" the disclaimer disclaims it. Although a good case could be made that the bulk of statements that the story is true does defame Ms. De Havilland. |
