Nothing tops purloining the title song from "Take Me Along" in the mid-60s, with United Airlines offering that if you flew with your "Mrs." they went for 1/3 off the ticket price. But I think it was stopped because there were way too many guys taking their secretaries. In fact, the commercial is a forerunner of the musical "Promises, Promises" in how sexist it all is.
