| On the expanded soundtrack for Inside Daisy Clover that the FSM label released in 2009, the liner notes provide details about Wood's contract which strictly prohibited dubbing of her vocals. I tried reading them this morning before leaving for work, but the discussion was rather complicated and too much to absorb without taking more time. Initially some sort of hybrid recording between Wood's voice and Ward's was put together, but no one was happy with it. Eventually Wood was persuaded to allow Ward's vocals to be used; however, Wood's voice is heard for a portion of one track. |
