| This kind of post regarding actors who don't appear at the stage door after the show really irks me. I feel the responsibility of the actor is to give a high-quality performance every night. Once the curtain comes down the actor owes nothing to the audience. He/she has done his/her job. Whether or not the actor appears at the stage door to sign autographs or pose for selfies is an accommodation not a requirement. Sorry to rant, but this is one of my pet peeves. And, no, I am not an actor. |
