Hello Dolly nitpicking

Okay it's nitpicking, but

Why does Dolly sing "I'm gonna lean to dance and drink and smoke a cigarette" In Act Two, when in Act One she teaches Cornelius and Barnaby to Dance (In a big production number) in Act One?

And why does Irene sing "Ribbons Down My Back - so if someone specially comes along he might notice me" right after she tells Minnie Faye that she'll marry Horace Vandergelder if he asks (and believes that's the reason for his visit that day) Is she just two timing him if something better comes along?
