| Have you read "Everything Was Possible" by Ted Chapin? It's about the assembling of the original production and I can't recommend it highly enough. He talks a bit about the ongoing book problems and how they could have been fixed (in his opinion) had anyone wanted to. While I don't base my like or dislike for a show on whether or not I'd like to have dinner with the leads, I understand your comment to mean you see the four leads as unlikable characters that you can't or don't care to relate to. It's certainly no secret that this has always been a problematic book. |
