I just emailed you about this, but I should post it here as well. I didn't see your post till just now. On March 23, 1954, the Times reported this in the daily theatre column: "Martha Larrimore has succeeded Nola Day in the role of Mother Hare in 'The Golden Apple,' the musical at the Phoenix Theatre."
