I didn't think she was great in Hello Dolly. Very average. The fact that it sells out doesn't make her performance better. I did like her in I'll Eat You Last (which people forget) though. I'm not trying to be an iconoclast. I liked her show in Vegas.
I actually respect your opinion, because at least you're not pretending that she's somehow not an important name in show business, and are reasonably comparing it to other things you've seen. I'm not saying that you have to like the show because it's a sellout, I'm saying that by every measurement, it is a smash hit for the ages.
