| Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Tanglewood. Saturday night's performance of Sondheim on Sondheim had the great one attending. He looked good but was moving kind of slowly; he did not get up at the end of the performance to be acknowledged. The show was well directed by Sarna Lapine who was there also; after seeing her recent SITPWG and now this, I am looking forward to see an original production of hers. Ruthie Ann Miles was one of the featured performers and she is a goddess - her voice is a national treasure! Someone please cast her ASAP. |
