I'm kind of very surprised that there is more than 1 song from any show, considering he didn't write the material and we aren't seeing the original staging of the song or scene.
If I go to a Hal Prince revue I want to see songs from so so many of his shows. First from the shows he had the most creative claim/influence on, the ones he directed:
A Family Affair
She Loves Me
It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman
Cabaret
Zorba
Company
Follies
A Little Night Music
Candide
Pacific Overtures
On the 20th Century
Sweeney Todd
Evita
Merrily We Roll Along
Phantom of the Opera
Kiss of the Spider Woman
Show Boat
Parade
Lovemusik
and maybe Bounce.
...so already that is 20 songs if every one has only 1.

Then from the hit shows he produced but didn't direct:
West Side Story
Fiddler on the Roof
Damn Yankees
A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum
Fiorello!
...so that adds 5 songs, making the list 25 if everything gets 1.

And this doesn't include the flops or culturally less significant shows like:
A New Girl in Town
Flora the Red Menace
Tenderloin
Baker Street
Grind
A Doll's Life
Flight of the Lawnchair Man
that show he did in London with Stroman that flopped
...OR the operas or plays or directed, many to great acclaim.

... now the grand total of songs would be 32! And that's only if every notable show he directed or produced in his astonishing career gets 1 song.

Personally, rather than seeing multiple songs from shows we all know and have seen performed a dozens times by many amazing performers, I'd much rather see those 32 shows represented, especially the curious ones we have seen nothing from probably since they opened (so most people haven't seen or heard any of it), to see the stuff that didn't work or hit with what really did, and the writing and subjects that Prince championed and found interesting whether they'd be hits or not. I want to see a retrospective of Prince's career, and I'd be happy for it to be 3 hours long, or 2 hrs 45, like most big musicals are anyway.
