| They had the option of managing "the optics" upfront like a good producer would. Good producers keep their PR people in their inner circle. I'd be willing to bet big that the Kagans do not. If, as was reported, Oak was informed of all this through his agents, with no effort to make this look like anything but a firing (and with the pre-existing weirdness surrounding the late start), then why not let them pay the price? |
