Well the concern I am expressing is not just for the actors of color in the cast who will or may be losing work (and I don't think it's fair to say "3 weeks" because if the Mandy transition hadn't become an issue, likely someone else would have come in after Mandy and kept the show running at least another 3-6 weeks after that... so I'm gonna say we don't know how many weeks of work they will lose if the show closes with Ingrid leave, but my realistic guess is more like 6-12)... but also and even moreso the audiences who not only will miss seeing this awesome original musical, but seeing it with such a diverse cast - a black female lead regardless of Pierre, and many non-white ensemble members, playing people who would in historical accuracy have been white (which i think is important)... that's about 9600 people a week at capacity with a star boosting box office, but even if it's 4600/week at 50%, or 3,200 for a really bad week or two at 30%... that's a lot of people.

And I don't think we're going to hear any actors of color or white actors in Great Comet speaking out about being screwed because of this... because that means getting involved in the mess and also means potentially having their statements be interpreted as a full or even partial blaming of Oak for this becoming a publicly discussed issue... and I don't think the ensemble members of a Broadway show want to piss off or scare any producers (especially ones who are not undeniably guilty of any racism at all) who may hire them again, be it the Kagans or other theater producers nervous about being spoken badly about by cast members of color. Who can say! But their silence on the matter does not imply that they don't have feelings about it... so we can't assume that because we haven't heard or read of the cast members of color feeling screwed doesn't mean they don't feel screwed. And let's not forget that the show hasn't closed or posted a closing notice.
