| I agree, Equus is much more dynamic, original, thought-provoking and engaging than Oslo, not to mention shorter (as I recall). Oslo did not have much new to say and not all that much going on or much to take away that you can't get from the commercial for the play. I would still call it a very good, even excellent play, but I took very little away from it. Excellent acting too, but nothing especially memorable. Indecent on the other hand engaged, excited, surprised and moved me, and the acting was very memorable. And Indecent isn't like my favorite play in the world, but the play/production were much more my thing than Oslo. |
