Worst it's EVER been by far.
Have tried on 4 separate devices since 9:58 -
2 computers, and iPad and even a Phone -
using a total of 4 separate browsers on each.
Have consistently gotten the "We’re very sorry, but we’re experiencing some technical difficulties. We’re working on getting everything back up and running, so please check back soon." message for nearly half an hour now.
Tested it before I went to bed last night and this morning and logged into my account with no problem.
Similarly to what someone else said, no ringtone on the phone line since 10:02, just dead silence.
This consistent disregard for their customers makes the issues the Public used to have seem like standard little everyday bugs by comparison.
After a decade of putting up with this on-again off-again crap, and a less-than-interesting season this year,
I will most likely be canceling my membership before it comes up for renewal in September
(and just get tickets to My Fair Lady later if the casting turns out to be stellar). |
