| If you called the number in the error message, 212-239-6200, don't bother. All they do is reset your password. I told them I couldn't get to the page where you type in the password and they said to call the member hotline number, which doesn't work, as someone else reported. I'm in Queens so maybe it's a problem for just certain areas. I've purchased in the past in Manhattan and never had a problem. |
