I finally got through - on maybe the 120th or 130th try -
by logging on through the Silk browser on a Kindle FIRE tablet I hadn't even used for a few years.
Seats were still halfway-decent.
And possibly I could be able to get in now on one of the 4 other devices I'd tried in vain to get through on all morning.
But having spent 2 hours on this I think that's quite enough.
Their contempt for their customers in even addressing these problems,
let alone (what a thought!) getting them fixed,
speaks volumes, and in the end is utterly unconscionable. |
