Remember when the Empire Theatre moved down the block?
That was lateral more than vertical.
I wonder how this would affect load ins and load outs. Will there be large freight elevators that open directly on to the street? Also will the costs of this alteration and its upkeep be carried on to the tenants?
And in terms of a precedence... I don't even want to start thinking about it.
