I don't think Rudin has any say in the matter. He can't stop her from singing songs from Hello, Dolly in a red dress on a staircase. She just has to pay her performance royalties and maybe not copy the dress and set design to closely. Having said that, I'm sure he'll happily let her do whatever she wants anyway.
