Looking at it just now, hard to know what to do. Center balcony seems like it wouldn't be terrible, though certainly one wouldn't be seeing the actors' faces. The action, such as it is, would be entirely visible.
How did your kids like Glass Menagerie - which had such open and simple staging, that I recall. Lots of stage, even from the orchestra. |
